"Consistently Great – My Go-To Spot in Eastbourne! I’ve been to Kokoro Eastbourne many times now—both for dine-in and takeaway—and it never disappoints. I usually go for the chicken katsu, which is always delicious with a generous portion size and just the right balance of crispy coating and rich curry sauce. The service is excellent every time—fast, friendly, and efficient. Whether I’m popping in for a quick bite or sitting down to eat, the staff are always welcoming and the food comes out very quickly. The whole place has a really nice, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a casual meal. It’s definitely become one of my favourite spots in town, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for tasty, comforting Japanese food at a fair price."

"My wife and I took our 17-month-old son to Kokoro for a quick lunch. It was our first time there and we were pleased with the extensive vegan options. I had the tofu katsu curry but opted for noodles rather than rice as they looked tasty. It was ready in 3 minutes and the regular size was plenty big enough. The carrots were still raw but some people might like that added crunch. My wife went for the veggie rolls vegan sushi and was very happy with her choice. Our son thoroughly enjoyed some spring rolls and chips. With a couple of drinks it cost £22 but worth every penny. The lady who greeted us was friendly and very accommodating, making sure we were happy and had all we needed throughout our visit. We will definitely be returning!"

"The best Kokoro I’ve ever visited! There is plenty of space in the seating area which is kept really clean, generous portion sizes and delicious food. Special shout out to Hazel for great service!
